Hi all, Just a note here, did anyone know that the real Duke in Mash was our cousin Agrippa Kellum! Way to go "Grip"! Grip is from the Elijah Kellum family. Elijah was from NC, GA to MS. I am looking up details on it now. History Channel's hour long show on "History vs. Hollywood MASH." It was all about MASH the movie and TV shows, the 12 Army MASH units in Korea. They gave the background on the movie and TV series as being taken from Richard Hooker's (Hawkeye) book, "MASH." And they flashed a photo on the screen of the doctor in Korea who the character of Duke in the book/movie came from.....Aggrippa Kellum!!!!!! They also showed 'Hooker' and the character Trapper John was based on. That was such a pleasant surprise to see our cousin highlighted...ever so quickly...but highlighted all the same.
