Oliver Killam married Betsey Gould 25 May 1817. They had five children born in Boxford, Massachusetts: Angelina, b. 1 April 1818; married Thomas Matthews of Boxford, mariner, 2 August 1843; he was born on Salem; lived in Boxford. Oliver Porter, b. 29 August 1819; he was a farmer; married Catherine Kimball 21 March 1843; d. 30 April 1892 in Boxford; had five children. William Endicott, b. 10 August 1822 in Boxford; he was a shoemaker and farmer; held several prominent town offices; married Elizabeth D., daughter of Isreal and Nancy Wiggin 20 September 1846; d. 8 November 1877, aged 55; his wife survived him and died his widow 11 July 1900; they had seven children. Ellas Cornelius, b. 26 May 1825; lived in Wisconsin in 1865. Phebe, b. June 1827; d. 20 October 1827. After the death of Betsey Gould, Oliver married, second, widow Eunice Damon 17 April 1828.
