Ron, May I ask if a file called "Rodney's Ancestors" is your file? In there I found the statement that Zadock and Hannah Button Killam had had Phineas about 1744. My statement that Jepthah had gone to PA to live with his uncles Zadock and John was from my own notes, which at this moment I cannot detail the source for you. In further notes i have it that Zadock and family arrived in Pike County, PA in 1772, stayed until Revolutionary activities of July 1778 at Wyoming County (now in PA) forced them to flee for safety to Orange County, NY. They stayed there until war over and returned @ 1783. The Killam to Kellam file I found through the search engine GOOGLE. I asked for Samuel Killam. On the first page of response #9 "mary Jane Kellam Ancestors" is the file I mentioned. There are many Killams (variations) in their file.
