Ruth and Rick, Thank you very much for the information. My great grandma was Dorothy Maude Florea, daughter of Lenorah Ellen Killam. Dorothy married Grover Cleveland Thompson, their daughter is my grandma who's still living. Ruth, any information on the Florea family would be wonderful also. Rick it looks very likely that I will be taking some vacation time in October, and plan on travelling to New England to site see and do some research in person. I've never been back there and look forward to it very much. I did find a Civil War pension record for Elias Cornelius, and know about one of his brothers William Endicott.
