Hi. all, Making salads here, pine bark mulched my newly put in rose garden of sorts-- am waiting for the pick up call from Raleigh.-which I had expected sooner--but, they don't work weekends, nor today, I learned. O.K. I can deal with that. I changed copmpanies at the last minute, and dealt with a compnay who does all work in house, with whom I could talk one on one, and the manuscript would NOT leave the premises--it says so in writing. (I got thinking about all the photos, some of which cannot be replaced-- panicked.)------- they had said they'd print with the original dummy sheets of photos, for better results---I didn't have to use my copy made on my xerox work center here at home--digital, good, but, nothing beats the original? 741 pages, plus 69 added in of photos, maps, articles, etc. --according to the "count". Carried it in a huge tupperware square keeper---they asked, "did you bake us cookies" next time, maybe. Now have time to do some neglected chores for a bit--like my garden, which was looking SAD.
