"In the estate file of Jacob Weidner who died in 1800, it identifies his children as: Hannah, wife of Daniel Brown; Elizabeth wife of Jacob Kiem; George Weidner, Jacob Weidner, Catharine Weidner, and William Weidner (the eldest son). The file covers the period from this Jacob's death in 1800 to a statement dated 1883. In an 1810 document filed by William Weidner, it specifically states that Jacob left a widow Elizabeth "since intermarried with Peter Weidner" and 6 children, George, Jacob and Catharine being in their minority." ____________________________________________________ Yahoo!
