She didn't mention where she found/read this info, but wrote: Johannes (Hans) Keim, founder of the name in America, arrived in Philadelphia, PA. in 1698, but as no lists were kept because of the small immigration, it was not recorded. He returned to Europe and returned with his wife in 1707 - no record of that. Michael Keim landed September 4, 1728. He was the first immigrant after lists were recorded.
