I know that at least a portion of the descendants believe Jacob is the child of Jacob (Johannes) and Magdalena Hoch. Have you seen any documents to substantiate either? I could have followed the wrong lead. Please let me know. I'm fairly certain of John (b. 1791 on down to me! - there are documents for them.)
