Here's something odd... The 1870 census for Greenfield Twp, LaGrange Co, IN, lists a Peter Kime, age 88. One would think this the PETER KEIM buried on Pretty Prairie [LaGrange Co] on 29 July 1870. That Peter was listed at age 88 years, 10 months and some days at death, yet the census was taken 9th August, 1870... that's AFTER the burial date. Can someone explain?
