The case entitled Eliza Kimes vs. T.L. Finney is to be tried before Esquire C.K. Simes Saturday. J.J. He married (1) MARGARET BELLE GILDART 28 November 1852 in Meigs Co, OH. She was born ca 1835 in PA, and died Aft. 1860. He married (2) MARY M. TURK 07 March 1867 in Appanoose Co, IA, daughter of THOMAS TURK and LAVINA SPRAVEL. She was born 1843 in Jackson Co, IN, and died 1931. Children of (BIAL/BOYLE) KIMES and MARGARET GILDART are: i. IRA D. KIMES, b. ca 1855, IA; d. Aft. 1860. ii. MARIA E. KIMES, b. 1858, IA. iii. ROSE B. KIMES, b. ca 1861. Children of DEAN KIMES and MARY TURK are: iv. MARY E. KIMES, b. 1867, IA. v.
