    3. That's correct, it only proves that George participated in the Revolutionary War in some capacity, not the lineage back to Johannes. The DAR does not require or ask you to do that, in fact they don't want that, they only want you to go as far back as the Patriot. And it does NOT show George's father in the record for further clarification! As a member I have checked on that.
