    3. Hello everyone. Just a little msg. to remind you all that don't just go by obits alone. Remember the obits were usually written by a family member or a spouse. And if they didn't know much about the person, information could be wrong. EXAMPLE: I'm researching a James Edward Kime, and came across his children's obit. In his children's obit, they each called their dad and mom by different names. This always confused me for the longest time, until it dawned on me that the obits were written by other family members and spouses. Since the spouses called their father-in-law different names, if was reported in each of the children's obit that they called their dad by different names.
