The Jacob Kime elected to office in Liberty Twp., Seneca Co. Ohio in 1833 would probably Jacob Kime Jr. (s/o Jacob, gs/o Valentine). Jacob Jr was born 1799/1800 and is found in Liberty Twp. in the 1850 census. The older Jacob had returned to W.Virginia and married again 1827, so he was no longer in Ohio.
