Thanks for the info, W.J. Vance Kimes is a son of George Kimes b. abt. 1838 and Elizabeth Rummels from Sutton Twp. in Meigs Co. OH. George is a son of Elias Kimes b. abt. 1814 and brother of Sylvester Kimes b. 1832 (the line I am researching). Vance's brothers Edward and Leslie also lived in Neff. Bill Bojanowski Highland, IL
