Will of Sarah Hicks Kimes B Feb 27, 1827, D Jan 27, 1901 I, Sarah Kimes of Warren Co., State of Iowa being sound mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament. 1st: I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executors herein after named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. 2nd. I desire that my son S.W. Kimes be paid five dollars out of my estate. All the rest and residue of my estate both real, personal, and mixed of which I shall die seized or to which I shall be entitled at my decease I devise and bequesth to my dear husband Jacob Kimes during the term of his natural life. Ater the death of my husband Jacob Kimes I desire that all my estate both real, personal, and mixed be divided between and among my children. Mollie V. Rundall, Nancy H. Beymer, William J. Kimes, and Charles A. Kimes and Abram J. Kimes. And I hereby appoint Charles A. Kimes and Frank S. Beymer to be my executors of this my last will and testament.
