    2. Will of Jacob Kimes B Jan 7, 1817 D. Jan 16, 1901 I, Jacob Kimes of the county of Warren and State of Iowa, being of sound mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament. My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executors herein after named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. 1ST: I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Kimes all my property both real and personal during the term of her natural life. After the death of my wife, I desire that my son S. W. Kimes be paid five dollars out of my estate. 2ND: All the rest and residue of my estate real and personal and mixed of which I shall die seized or to which I shall be entitled at my decease I give devise and bequeath to be equally divided between and among my children. To Wit: Mollie V. Rundall, Nancy H. Beymer, William J. Kimes, Abram J. Kimes, and Charles A. Kimes. And lastly I do hereby appoint Charles A. Kimes and Frank S. Beymer to be my executors of this my last will and testament.
