Hello Everyone on this list who may receive this email. Since I'm a new suscriber & I keep receiving emails urging me to introduce myself, here I am to say howdy. Both my neice & I are researchers on our genealogy & both of us are subscribers - it was at her urging that I joined also (pssst, I think she was tired of forwarding info). I believe we are document proofed back to the Jacob J Kimes/Sara Hicks line in the early 1800s. At that point, the line gets fuzzy with no clear connection I've seen so far. Other Kimes family trees online take the line farther back but until we have actual copies of proof documents, we consider that only a possible connection. If anyone can either provide copies of or steer me to the proof documents so I can add them to my records, I'd be mighty grateful to extend the line. Keep up the good work.
