In 1814, living in Meigs Co., Ohio were two households: Heinrich's son Abraham Kimes B 1782, wife Nancy (Evans) with Abraham and Mary O'Hare's son Abraham B 1805. Abraham and Nancy's son John, born in 1814, (Jacob 1817 and Mary Ann 1818). These are my lineage and I am very fortunate to have Abraham's will. Also living there in 1814 was one "Old" Jacob Kimes ( ?? B.1772 Heinrich's son??) wife Margaret. Don, Thanks for your input; your conclusions make sense to me, but I have these questions: How do you know that they were living in Meigs Co. in 1814? Have you checked any Ohio census for 1810?
