Is anyone familiar with Raphael Kime? He was a Methodist Pastor in Neligh, Nebraska in 1882. I found him listed in a book; "History of Antelope County" (Nebraska) 1883-1973, Published in 1976. I estimate he was born between 1815-1850. State unk. The book didn't make it appear he was born in Nebraska. I tried to find Raphael Kime (Keim & Kimes) in Ancestry.com but did not find a Raphael. He may have had another first name. I don't think his name was Ralph. It seems unlikely to me he would have changed his name to Raphael... Looking at census data, Betty Jane Henry's parents were Daniel and Hattie (not Mattie). Comparing what I found on censuses to info shared by descendants, it looks like Hattie MIGHT BE Jacob Michael Kime's dau. Census info lists her birth ca 1873 in IA and other data found fits Jacob Michael Kime's migration pattern.
