Norm, Your question is a good one :-) We haven't really determined yet why Rootsweb made so many Kaylor & variants lists, although it is said it was to catch those who are searching each variant. I am the List Owner for Kaylor & Kaler, Leslie is the List owner for Koehler. We try to share each others post most of the time. One person asked me if it was necessary to sub to all the variant listings....my answer was that I would try to forward all my lists messages to the other lists, but in case I forgot/overlooked to do that, then it would be best to sub to all of them. I, also, have the Rootsweb GenConnect Cluster Boards for KAYLOR, not sure that anyone has those on the other variants? One can post queries, bios, deeds, wills, pensions, etc. to these Boards. I welcome all the variants there.
