    2. Hey ! I looking for information on Lewis {Louis} Jacob Kaylor. My records state a Berry Pike Co., Ill. But since I have not been able to track any information on this I'm hoping that maybe you can help me. Do you have any information on him or maybe his brothers or sisters? The names I have are: Ann Kaylor-Harmon Kate Kaylor-Bear Sarah Kaylor-Romary (?) Martin Kaylor Manual Kaylor Samuel Kaylor {Sam ?} There is a possiblity that his dad was also a "Lewis {Louis} Jacob Kaylor". My information is very sketchy as my grandmother is 101 and her memory only works when it wants to. Lewis {Louis} Jacob (her father) was blind at the time of his death and was living with his youngest daughter, Clara Figge, in Wyandotte, KS. I have not been able to trace them in either state. He married a Miranda Cathryn {Katherine} Cheesemen/man. her maiden name was "Besser" (?). Any information would be greatly appriecated. Thanks annie Have a nice day !! ___________________________________________________________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it. 3. Its been awhile since I ask everyone to post the Kaylor and variant lineages they are working on. As I have just had a query asking me about the VA Kaylor's, thought it might be time for us all to post again?? I am sure I have seen a subscriber working on this VA lineage? What I would suggest is this sort of posting, which is our lineage: KAYLOR, Daniel b ca 1809 PA; m Margaret "Peggy" ICKES 1827 in Bedford Co. PA.; Two sons: William J. b 1828 Indiana Co PA; d in Andersonville Prison, Civil War, enlisted from IN Calvary; m Leatha Jane Ray in Edgar Co. IL John b 1836 Johnstown, Cambria Co PA; Civil War, IN Calvary; m Lamney Cerilda Van Norman in Dallas Co IA d 1916 Sangamon Co. IL (Other children which I will not list, as I want to get this on the List) Migration pattern: Possibly MD to PA to IN to IL Please let us know a brief descripton of your lineage! We always have new subscribers, so you might find your connection, hopefully! Mary Ann KAYLOR/KALER Mail List Owner

    1. [KAYLOR] Lewis Jacob and Miranda Catherine
    2. Hey ! Has anyone run across a Lewis Jacob or a Miranda Catherine Kaylor? I haven't been able to find out anything on either of them. Lewis was born in Ill (1854) and was blind and I can't even find a school that he may/may not have attended. ( ? ) Miranda was born in Ind. (1867 ?) and was married twice before: Chessemen/Chesseman, Fraiser ( ? ). My grandmother - Ruby Marie Maude Kaylor - is 101 and her memory isn't as good and I still haven't recieved a birth certificate. After sixteen months you would think that I could find something but not yet. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreicated. Thanks Annie ___________________________________________________________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it. Free software, free e-mail, and free Internet access for a month!
