CASTLE, FLOYD, HARMON, LEMMONS, LOWELL, LUCAS, PICKERIEL "The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Friday, April 5, 1912 HIS FOURTH MARRIAGE AT 71. An Easter wedding in Kansas City next Sunday will be that of James M. LEMMONS and Miss Georgiana FLOYD. Mr. LEMMONS is 71 years old and Miss FLOYD will be his fourth wife. Mr. LEMMONS was born in Bloomfield, Ky. At the age of 27 he married Miss Rachael CASTLE. To this union two sons, James and John, were born. John as been married twice and is living in Mississippi. James is a bricklayer, married of course, and lives at 2016 Lawn Avenue. The first Mrs. LEMMONS died in 1879 and the following year, Mr. LEMMONS married Mary Ann LOWELL, a widow. She died in 1909. At the age of 69, Mr. LEMMONS married Mrs. Susanna PICKERIEL, a widow. Last June he was again left a widower. He moved to the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. G. HARMON, 5343 Holmes Street, where he met Miss FLOYD. "Was it a case of love at first sight?" asked a reporter last night. "You will have to ask Miss FLOYD about that," laughed Mr. LEMMONS. The wedding will take place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. HARMON Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon, with Judge O. A. LUCAS officiating. Mr. LEMMONS has lived in Kansas City thirty years. He is now employed in the furniture department of the Jones Company store.
