"The Kansas City Post" (Missouri) Monday, July 27, 1908 HIS FINGERS CRUSHED. Hector McGINNIS, a baseball pitcher of Topeka, was taken to the emergency hospital last night with his right hand crushed. McGINNIS was riding the head end of a baggage coach and got his fingers in the drawhead.
