Twenty-eight young men, clad in caps and gowns, received diplomas and degrees from the Kansas City Dental college last night and will start out in the world to make a living from the pains and aches of their neighbors. The graduation exercises were held in the auditorium of the Central high school, which was filled with proud parents and friends of the young dentists. The invocation was delivered by Rev. Dr. William A. QUAYLE, who also delivered the annual address. Professor J. D. PATTERSON, D. D. S., conferred the degrees. The prizes were awarded as follows: For excellence in theory: First, gold medal: Mark James PAINTON Second, gold medal: Andrew Bruce WARING For best operative work in the mouth: Gold medal: Frank Elwood ALLEN Honorable mention: Earl Archibald BONER For best examination in oral surgery, given by Professor J.
