"The Kansas City Post" (Missouri) Wednesday, January 27, 1915 FLORIDA LAND MAN SUED BY LAWYER TO COLLECT FEES George L. DAVIS, an attorney, this afternoon filed a suit for $153,600 against Richard J. BOLLES, millionaire banker of Jacksonville, Fla., and president of the Florida Fruit Lands company. The suit is on three counts. One is for attorneys fees from January 1, 1912, amounting to $3,600. Another count is for $5,000 for represent- ing the company in a suit brought by the contract holders before Judge GUTHRIE in circuit court here.
