"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Wednesday, May 15, 1912 DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY. Katherine Cecilia BALLARD, 44 years old, died at the Voile Sanitarium in Independence, Monday night. Her husband, J. S. BALLARD, two daughters, Marie, 18 years old, and Lucille, 13, survive. The home is 1309 East Forty-fifth Street. Funeral services will be at Mrs. C. H. Forster's chapel, 918 Brooklyn Avenue, at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
