WAGGONER, who would have been 61 years old today, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William MASTIN, 1002 North Main Street, Independence, Mo. He was born May 23, 1857, in Ohio, and spent the greater part of his life at Stanley, Kas., having recently bought a farm at Lamar, Col. A few weeks ago he went to Independence for medical attention. Surviving him, besides Mrs. MASTIN, are these children: a daughter, Clara WAGGONER, and three sons, Glen H. WAGGONER, Chan B. WAGGONER and Joseph WAGGONER.
