Mrs. Blanche SIMONS, 37 years old, 103 East Forty-first Street, died yesterday morning at the Christian Church Hospital. Surviving are her husband, L. S. SIMONS, home address; a brother, Thomas J. HANCOCK, Miami, Ok., and three sisters, Mrs. C. B. MONROE, Muskogee, Ok., Mrs. C. L. JOHNSON, Barnum, Wyo., and Mrs. W. W. CAMPBELL, Kaycee, Wyo.
