"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Wednesday, May 20, 1914 DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY. Caroline JESERICH, the wife of A. R. JESERICH, died yesterday at her home, 4205 East Ninth Street. She was born in Germany 77 years ago. At the commencement of the Civil War, she and her husband came to this country and settled at Centerpoint, Ind. During the war, Centerpoint became the scene of guerrilla warfare, and on one occasion, Mrs. JESERICH was called upon to defend her home against a band of guerrillas, who, under a pretense of friendship, had come to confiscate their property. She came here from Terre Haute, Ind., where a brother and two sisters now reside. She is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. H. S. RHODES, and a son, A. R. JESERICH, Jr., both at home. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, the Rev. J. B. SILCOX officiating. Burial will be in Mount Washington Cemetery. ====================================================== ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kathy" <.net> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2007 1:42 PM Subject: Kansas City Deaths > Are you still posting death notices?
