"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Saturday, December 16, 1911 Word was received here last night of the death of S. H. BEVERFORDEN, 2115 College Avenue, at Lucas, Iowa. Pneumonia was the cause of death. Mr. BEVERFORDEN was a contractor in Kansas City. He built the First Congregational Church, Admiral Boulevard and Highland Avenue, and the Westminster Congregational Church at Thirty-ninth and Walnut streets.
