Mr. WULSER was born March 18, 1867, at Jefferson City, and came to Kansas City twenty-eight years ago. He married Miss Rose EHLER here October 8, 1889. Mr. WULSER was president of the Wulser Contracting Company and had been in the contracting business twenty-five years. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Rose WULSER; two sons, Walter H. WULSER and Harry A. WULSER; three daughters, Miss Ada M. WULSER, Miss Edna M. WULSER and Miss Helen L. WULSER; his brother, John H. WULSER, all of this city, and his sister, Mrs. Louise COLLINS of Buckner, Mo. The funeral will be at St. James's Church at 9:30 o'clock tomorrow morning. William Frances WULSER, died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his late residence, 2537 Agnes avenue, of typhoid fever. The deceased was 31 years of age and for years, vice-president and manager of the WULSER Contracting Company. He leaves, besides his beloved wife and mother, Lena WULSER, two sons and one daughter, Henry A. WULSER, George J. WULSER, and Clara M. WULSER., and two brothers and one sister, August W. WULSER, John H. WULSER, and Mrs. Louise COLLINS of Buckner, Mo. FUNERAL NOTICES. The funeral of William F. WULSER will take place Saturday morning at 9 o'clock from the family home, 2537 Agnes ave.
