Frank DeTAR, 53 years old, who had been for several years in the railway mail service at the Union Station, died last night at Bethany Hospital. He is survived by his widow. He resided on the Kansas side for several years but his home is now at 1728 Penn Street, this city. The funeral service will be held at the home this afternoon at 3 o'clock.
