WISE, died yesterday afternoon at her home, 709 Belmont Avenue. Mrs. WISE was 56 years old. Besides the husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Anna MULLINS of Paton, Ia., Miss Mary E. and Miss Inez L. WISE, both of Kansas City, and two sons, George WISE of Paton, Ia., and James A.
