Albert Henry VENDRES, a veteran of the Mexican War and a Union soldier in the Civil War, died last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Emma GABATHULER, 211 South Osage Street, Independence. Mr. VENDRES had lived in Carthage, Mo., where a son and daughter survive him. He was 86 years old. The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. C. C. McGinley at Mrs. GABATHULER's home at 4 o'clock today.
