"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Wednesday, November 23, 1904 William T. RADFORD, father of John W. RADFORD, state grain inspector of Kansas, died yesterday at his home, 814 South Ferree Street, Kansas City, Kas., after an illness of several months. Mr. RADFORD would have been 68 years old next April.
