"The Kansas City Post" (Missouri) Friday, February 28, 1908 The county court this morning made an order allowing Christopher RUCKER the sum of $300 for injuries received by Mr. RUCKER from falling through an elevator shaft at the county court house. Mr. RUCKER accepted the allowance and waived all claims he might have against the county in an action for damages. Christopher RUCKER is an attorney. A short time ago he was seriously injured by falling down an elevator shaft from the fourth floor to the basement of the county court house.
