"The Kansas City Journal" (Missouri) Saturday, December 12, 1903 Michael F. POWER, aged 68, one of the prominent Irish Catholics of Kansas City, died at 1 o'clock this morning at his home, 1025 Jefferson street, of pneumonia, after an illness of two weeks. Mr. POWER was born in County Tipperary, Ireland, and came to Kansas City twenty-five years ago. He was a retail liquor dealer, but retired from business about two years ago. He leaves a widow and four children: Patrick M. POWER, Margaret POWER, Hannah POWER and Alicia POWER, all of Kansas City. The date of the funeral has not been fixed.
