"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Tuesday, May 8, 1917 DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY. Mrs. Salmaita LEVY, 81 years old, died yesterday morning at her home, 2012 East Thirtieth Street. She was born in Alsace and came to the United States about fifty-two years ago. After living in Cincinnati forty years, she came to Kansas City. Two sons, John M. LEVY, who is in Yohohama, Japan, and Isadore A. LEVY, connected with the United States Customs Service, survive her. A nephew, Maj. Andree LEE, U.S.N., also survives. Funeral services will be held from the home at 4 o'clock this afternoon.
