Wonder if someone can point me in the right direct re: my conundrum. My father, Irl Potter HAYNES, family notes indicate, had an apartment on Troost in KC, MO in 1927. Then, today, in perusing the microfilm of the Savonburg Record (of Allen Co., KS), a brief note says that, "...Jun 17, 1927: Mrs. O.A. Weddle and daughter Mildred returned to Savonburg Wednesday after a visit with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Irl P. Haynes and husband of Kansas City..." Is there a kind soul out there who can suggest where I should look to verify how long he (they) lived in KC, MO??? City directory? Other resource? Thank you.
