D. I don't know about other states but I know the KC directory is not on-line. I think the KC public library and the Mid-Continent library will do a directory lookup but I doubt that they would do more than one year. You may have better luck with libraries in smaller towns. The KC Library will photocopy pages from the microfilm for a fee. They sent me about 25 years worth of the TABER's from the city directories. You need to fill out a form on-line to make the request and they will respond, or as they did in my case, just send the copies with an invoice.
