"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Monday, May 20, 1918 DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY. William F. DIXON, a retired carpenter and a Civil War veteran, died yesterday afternoon at his home, 3214 Myrtle Avenue. Mr. DIXON was 78 years old. He had lived in Kansas City twenty-five years coming here from Pennsylvania, where he was born. His widow, Mrs. Emma L. DIXON, survives. The funeral will be at 10:30 o'clock this morning at Mrs. C. L. Forster's chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
