No, only the 1889-1891 yrs., in their effort to recreate the 1890 census. I also saw that KC/KS was a separate database - looked for 2 of mine, but they weren't there. The biggest problem with on-line searching is that you can hit on the right spelling. At least the city directories were printed, not handwritten as are censuses! Glad to help where I can.
