RABER of the Essex Hotel, died yesterday at the General Hospital from injuries received Saturday, when the motor cycle he was riding was struck by a motor truck at Fifteenth Street and Benton Boulevard. He was a machinist and was 42 years old. Surviving are his father, Fred M. RABER, Leavenworth, Kas.; six sisters, Mrs. W. A. SPEAK, Denver; Mrs. James BRADFORD, Deming, N. M.; Mrs. F. L. BROWN, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. William McKAY, Lawrence, Kas.; Mrs. J. R. GERWICK, East Liverpool, Ohio; and Mrs. Frank NEWHART, also of Spokane; five brothers, Patrick A. RABER, Harry RABER and Morris RABER of Lawrence, Kas.; Willard RABER, Sioux Falls, Ia., and John RABER, United States Navy. Burial will be in Lawrence.
