Well M, you got me confused, so here is a recap: The other chap (CARTER): Feb 1904 - a resident of KCK jumped out the window of Douglas hospital in KCK and roamed around the city in his night robe. He was delirious because of pneumonia. He was returned to the hospital. This chap (BISCHOFF): March 1917 - jumped out the window of General Hospital in KCMO and died.
