    1. Re: [KANSASCITY] Carlos T. BISCHOFF d. 7 March 1917 - Kansas City, MO
    2. OK, you win. We got two bodies, one an Afro-American who jumps out of the Kansas hospital and the Filipino who takes a dive from the old General Hospital, just around the corner from the OLD Research Hospital which you've probably never seen because it's probably long gone. Used to call it Hospital Hill- we were real fancy with our terminology in KC when I grew up!! And if patient from KCK had gone to General Hospital, he would have had to go to General Hospital Number Two, cause we didn't mix bodies in the same beds in those days. He could clean and cook for me, but never use the same bed that I did nor drink from the same fountain. In a message dated 1/1/2009 2:42:22 P.M. He was delirious because of pneumonia. He was returned to the hospital. This chap (BISCHOFF): March 1917 - jumped out the window of General Hospital in KCMO and died. He was also delirious but I cant decipher the "chicken scratch" on the death certificate that gives the cause. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Hawkshaw1927@aol.com> To: <kansascity@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, January 01, 2009 4:15 PM Subject: Re: [KANSASCITY] Carlos T.
