Thanks John I am hoping someday to go back and copy the info created such a headache for you with starting the memories posting. Have never looked at Wyandotte County but since I was born and grew up there I will someday. I am just not able to do too much in the genealogy area these days. **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps! I have just a piece of the paper , a lovely picture of A Mrs.. J. T JAMES and a few words I think are society page on the other side is a sister to my late uncle Virgil TOOMBS named Vera. Booth pictures are by Morris and the paper is Kansas city STAR????june 15? I am guessing the years as 1930's Did local papers have Illustrators at that time? They may have actually been photos but I think Illustrations. I am after two things; the actual date and where can one locate items about the men who drew Items for the news papers, Special Interest; Identifying and getting a better picture of the "art" room employees of the KC papers. Hershel LEE is one of them. Again a guessimate date 1930's Bud.
