    2. My guess is that when the mesa formed by the Liberty Memorial begins to slope downhill towards the south and sort of west, it runs into Penna. Avenue-see map- Washington, Jefferson, Pennsylvania streets are over there..I think it is just another bluff area where they the city fathers thought it would be a good name. And I can just see a tired looking old Indian sitting half nude on his horse in winter in KC, can't you?? I am thinking of the right statue, aren't I???? In a message dated 1/13/2009 7:10:57 A.M.
