Cindy, sorry you didn't have any luck when you were at the library. Here is the obit: ======================================== "The Kansas City Star" April 5, 1920 Mrs. Mary J. ARMSTRONG, 73 years old, died yesterday at the home of her son, Morgan ARMSTRONG, 2803 East Sixth street. Mrs. ARMSTRONG had lived in Kansas City for three and one-half years. Besides Morgan ARMSTRONG she is survived by two other sons, Frank V. ARMSTRONG, Council Bluffs, Ia.; William ARMSTRONG, Forty-eighth street and State Line, and a daughter, Mrs. Lelia STADLER, Brownington, Mo. Services will be at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning at Smith's chapel; burial in Forest Hill cemetery. ======================================== I'll email you a copy of the obituary. I assume you have a copy of her death certificate. Note that her address on the death certificate shows as 2802 East Sixth but her obit showed the address as 2803. Her son, Morgan, died on April 6, 1945. His death certificate is also on the Missouri site. I did not find her other son's (William) or daughter's death certificate. Maybe they were not in Missouri at death or maybe they died after 1957.
