I know what it is to hit a brick wall so you will understand how sorry I am to say that I will probably be of no help to you. I really know very little about my Jordans, but I do know that Joseph was born in NH and traveled to Cal., and back and forth to Illinois. Nancy Long, his wife, was born in Va. The Walters side is my husbands side. The Walters he is related to founded Monroe, Wis. I dont remember any of them being in the AR area, they seemed to have traveled from NY to Wis. If I run across anything to the contrary I will be glad to let you know. She knew her Uncle Willie and Aunt Elmer Lee who came with her mother from AR ca 1900 but they are both dead and so is their only son. Her mother,Maggie Belle Lee married ??? (John) Jordan. He was to have died in a horse back riding accident when my grandmother was about 6 mos old. She was born Oct 13 1889..............so no records are available unless someone in the area recorded them or I can find a Bible record. I have no knowledge of any of the JORDANS for her mother moved to Parker CO TX and remarried a John Morgan Freeman and died in 1910 giving birth to her second child by him. Joseph Jordan ( could be his middle name ) on Fulton Co. 1870 census. Married Nancy Long, had son Samuel Frame Jordan who married Millie Shaw in 1877, also Fulton Co, IL. Sam and Millie had several sons, Roy, Sherman, Joe, Orren, Fred. She died in childbirth, he later moved to Wis. and married Alta Faye Ames in Green Co.
