Searching for the parents of my husband's grgrgrandmother, Louisa Jordan. She was b. @ 1810 in SC, m. Gibson Mangum @1826. They lived in Chesterfield Co, Old Town twp all of their life. She died in 1883. Claiborn Jordan owned adjoining land until shortly after the Civil War but early census records do not indicate that she could have been his daughter. Any help will be appreciated.
